The proposed regulations will:
- Be formally published in the Maryland Register
- Appear through the Division of State Documents
Additional Comment Period
Once published:
- A 30-day statutory comment period will open
During this time:
- You may submit additional feedback before rules become final
Effective Date
- Administrative interpretations effective: October 1, 2008
