Legal and Legislative Division
The Legal and Legislative Division (LLD) helps the ATCC follow and enforce the law. The team writes regulations, reviews laws, and makes sure alcohol and tobacco businesses follow state and federal rules. In addition, the division supports policies that promote public safety, responsible business practices, and economic growth.

Administrative hearings
The Executive Director holds hearings for violations, licensing disputes, and seizures, giving people a fair chance to respond and understand the outcome.
Outreach
