Executive director
Jeffrey A. Kelly serves as Executive Director of the Maryland Alcohol, Tobacco, and Cannabis Commission.
In this role, he leads ATCC’s work to license alcohol and tobacco businesses and enforce Maryland’s alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, and intoxicating THC laws.
Jeff has more than 40 years of public safety and regulatory experience. Before joining ATCC, he served as Director of the Field Enforcement Division for the Comptroller of Maryland.
