The Office of the Executive Director provides leadership and direction for the Maryland Alcohol, Tobacco, and Cannabis Commission. The office helps coordinate ATCC’s licensing, enforcement, legal, administrative, and public service work.

What the office does

The Office of the Executive Director supports ATCC’s mission by guiding agency operations, coordinating work across divisions, and helping ensure consistent service to the public, licensees, and partners.

The office helps:

• Set agency priorities
• Coordinate work across ATCC divisions
• Support alcohol and tobacco licensing operations
• Support enforcement of alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, and intoxicating THC laws
• Strengthen communication with government partners, stakeholders, and the public
• Guide internal operations and administrative priorities
