Before you apply

Before you start your application in Maryland OneStop, make sure you have the following ready. This will help you complete your application without delays.

How to apply

  1. Step 1: Go to Maryland OneStop

    Search for your license or permit using keywords like “alcohol” or “tobacco.”

  2. Step 2: Create an account or log in

    You will need to create an account using your email and password, or log in if you already have one. Use the same email consistently to manage your applications.

  3. Step 3: Select your application

    Choose the license or permit that matches your needs. Some online forms may include multiple application types.
     

  4. Step 4: Enter your information

    You will be asked to provide business and contact information and answer application questions.

  5. Step 5: Upload documents (if required)

    Some applications require supporting documents. These can be uploaded directly in Maryland OneStop.

  6. Step 6: Review and submit payment

    Review your information carefully before submitting. Payment is completed online.

  7. Step 7: Track your application

    After submitting, you can log in to check your status and receive updates by email.
