Fair Practice Unit
The Fair Practices Unit administers the ATCC’s Equal Employment Opportunity Program for the purpose of maintaining the State’s EEO laws, policies and procedures and serves as the commission's point of contact regarding EEO related concerns.

How to File a Complaint
Any ATCC employee, applicant for employment who believes that they or someone else have been subjected to unlawful discrimination by an employee, policy or practice of this Commission must complete the complaint form or contact the EEO Officer.
