New Tobacco Tax Rate Effective July 1, 2024

Effective July 1, 2024, there are new tax rates for all cigarettes and on the wholesale price of other tobacco products (OTP), excluding premium cigars and pipe tobacco. The law also increases the sales and use tax rate for electronic smoking devices (ESDs).
