Publications & Notices

ATCC issues advisories, bulletins, notices, and other publications to explain regulatory requirements, agency policies and procedures, and significant changes affecting regulated businesses.

Older alcohol and tobacco publications issued by the Maryland Comptroller’s Office are maintained separately in the Alcohol Comptroller Publication Archive and Tobacco Comptroller Publication Archive.

When guidance has been updated or laws or regulations have changed, the most current law, regulation, or ATCC policy applies.
